Back to School 2020

This is what I imagine school to be like when it starts back up in the fall, with social distancing measures in place. I'm pretty sure COVID will find her way around the playground.

Weight maintenance

Maintaining weight while working a desk job is rough stuff. Especially during COVID times when going to the gym seems as dangerous as swimming in a cesspool. I have a love-hate relationship with working at home. And working OUT at home. and Food.

Weekdays

My husband puts up with a lot of neglect throughout the week. At the end of the day I'm tired of talking, tired of hugging and giving affection. Tired of needy animals... and people. Poor guy, i hope you know how much I DO love you, and feel badly I'm too tapped out to show it or express it.

RIP Ahmaud Arbery

I don't want George Floyd's death to overshadow all whose lives have been lost during our Nation's struggle to fight racial injustice. I felt the same way with the aftermath of Parkland. After Parkland people finally rose up to try to create change. But in the wake of Parkland I wanted those around me to not only hate Nicholas Cruz, but to also remember to hate James Holmes and not forget we still need justice for that. And will we ever get justice for Sandy Hook?

RIP Trayvon Martin 02/05/95-02/26/12

RIP Breonna Taylor
